The Flexible Director Anwar Rasheed
A complete film maker with all aspects of flexibility, where his touch contributed all time super hits.Anwar rasheed is still calm and cool and his strategy never changed even his flick 'ustad hotel' won National award.
''i stepped into a Director from an associate director within hour's time'' said Anwar.
The entry of Anwar rasheed is just like another cinema. It has an interesting chapter that he joined the megastar starred 'Rajamanikyam' as an assistant director.Ranjith was actually to direct the movie, but due to some personal inconvenience he opted out from the film.Ranjith was who suggested Anwar to Mammootty.
The cinema happened. And it was a fast motion.Mammootty showed his confidence to work with him where they had a previous script discussion.
Rajamanikyam was set for a Ramzan release and the time that he got was too small.
''I had only a rough line of the script when i joined the crew''says Anwar.Later he learned the entire script and made a safe start.Rajamanikyam had a record launch in the malayalam industry. From there he never had to turn back.
Anwar Rasheed who comes from Ernankulam added that he followed cinema seriously when he joined in Maharajas college. There he had his team of genuine cinema buffs.Anwar followed all style of entertainments. It includes 'The bridge' His part of work in the directors movie 'Keralacafe' which was more appreciated.
